If you want to return or exchange your order, this is possible. We must receive them back to our returns address within 14 days from the date of
delivery in a resellable condition with unbroken product packaging. In the first instance, please inform us in writing.

Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless the products are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. If a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded at the discount price paid. We always review returned items very carefully. If the product is unfit for resale, we will not be able to issue and refund and will return the product to you.

Please return your item well packed and in good condition. You must return with a note stating your name, order number, email and returns address to address we will provide you.. You must use a registered post or recorded delivery service when returning products.
